Caron has over 35 years of horse experience having started riding at age four. In 2005, she began an intensive 3 years of specialist training in the concepts of Monty Roberts, and was subsequently hand-picked, by Monty, to represent him internationally - an honour held by less than 25 people, worldwide, at the time of her certification. During those 3 years she gentled wild horses, trained dangerous horses and started, under saddle, young horses ready for riding. Caron has also been trained and certified by Heather Moffett, a long-time student of classical riding master: Captain Desi Lorent (a student of Portuguese Maestro, Nuno Oliveira). In compliment to her practical expertise Caron has knowledge of nutrition, breeding, anatomy & physiology, and youngstock & stallion management. Caron's passion is helping "misunderstood" horses; her interventions have allowed a number of dangerous horses, destined to be destroyed, to transform into emotionally balanced equines.
